Detailed Engineering Design of Rantau Suli MHPP 2x1.25 MW

The project consists of development of an off-grid 2 x 1.25 MW mini-hydropower plant (MHPP), in the village of Rantau Suli, Jambi Province, granted by Millennium Challenge Account. JPE provided detailed design of main M/E components and the balance of plant.

Plant Assessment of Merden MHPP 2x200kW

Merden MHPP situated at Kebumen District, Central Java owned by PT Citra Contac was assessed to identify the most contribution factor of decreasing efficiency. The assessment was includes hydrology, operation and existing design.

2 kms of 20 kV distribution grids constructed for Sangir MHPP situated at Jambi Province. JPE also supply line feeder, low voltage transmission line and road lighting for this project.

Lube Oil Cooling System Modification of Lubuk Gadang MHPP 2x4 MW

Most of hydro power plant are using plate heat exchanger type for oil cooling. But this PHE mostly not effective and causing plant downtime, since the water turbidity is high. Lubuk Gadang MHPP cooling system is modified with coil heat exchanger, submerged in the tailrace.
